Reponsibilities:
- Provide L3 technical and production support for business-critical applications and services.
- Lead investigation and resolution of complex incidents, application issues, and production failures.
- Hands on experience of writing complex SQL queries , Python, PHP for advanced troubleshooting
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across Linux, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, and Python-based applications.
- Analyze application logs, database issues, batch processes, integrations, and system performance problems.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent resolution of recurring production issues.
- Manage and coordinate shift operations, workload allocation, incident prioritization, and technical escalations.
- Guide and mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical direction during critical incidents.
- Act as a key point of contact for the client, providing clear incident updates, technical explanations, risks, and resolution status.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and third-party teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure incidents,



service requests, problems, and changes are managed in accordance with agreed ITIL and SLA processes.
- Review and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, RCA documents, and operational documentation.
- Participate in production deployments, change activities, incident bridges, and planned maintenance as required.
- Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring improvement, and operational efficiency using Python or scripting.
- Ensure effective shift handovers and timely communication of open issues, risks, and pending actions.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Robust knowledge of MySQL and MariaDB, including SQL queries, performance troubleshooting, data analysis, and database issue investigation.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation
