We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and self-driven Showroom In-Charge to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our premium Faber Platinum Studio. This is a single-manpower showroom, requiring an individual who can efficiently handle all aspects of showroom managementfrom lead generation and customer engagement to sales closure and after-sales coordination.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Prior experience in premium retail, modular kitchens, kitchen appliances, luxury furniture, interior products, or home improvement solutions is highly preferred.
The role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to represent the Faber brand with professionalism while consistently achieving sales and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome every walk-in customer with a professional and courteous approach.
- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, and kitchen planning needs.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and live demonstrations of Faber products.
- Recommend suitable kitchen appliance solutions based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Explain product features, advantages, technology, warranty, and maintenance.
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders by maintaining effective follow-up.
- Coordinate site visits whenever required.
- Maintain post-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
2. Showroom Operations
- Independently manage the complete showroom during working hours.
- Ensure the showroom is opened and closed as per company timings.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambience, lighting, music, fragrance, and vi
