Job Summary

Bright Path Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, document management, maintaining company records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and efficient computer-based operations. The candidate should possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and software.
- Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies when required.
- Handle email communication and document management.
- Create, edit, and format business documents, letters, and reports.
- Scan, print,



and organize company files and records.
- Assist with general office administration and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant computer knowledge.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in data entry, documentation, or office administration.
- Knowledge of internet applications and email management.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
