Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Kochi. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders, and expanding GGC’s market presence in the region. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, analyze sales data, prepare proposals,



negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting product offerings, tracking leads, monitoring competitors, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, preferably in building materials or allied industries.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop growth strategies for recent and existing markets.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with diverse customer and stakeholder groups.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting for tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics
