Role & responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architecture for web applications - Dashboards / CMS development, deployment and monitoring phases

Evaluate requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured development strategies

Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend & QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals

Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality

Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of CMS & web

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities

Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Perform code reviews

Lead, mentor, manage and motivate front-end team members

Setting KPIs and other metrics to measure team performance





Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience working on consumer-facing products

5+ years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards / CMS / web applications using React

Passionate about frontend development and writing readable and efficient code

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery high-quality results

Experience writing unit tests using Jest or React Testing Library

Solid understanding of API Integration

Positive understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

Good knowledge of server side rendering using template engine

Experience working on website speed optimization

Familiarity with automated testing tools including Selenium, Jasmine, or Karma

Experience working on AWS or any other service provider
