Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B; outlets. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue growth, cost control, food safety compliance, and effective team leadership while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and cafés.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to hotel SOPs and brand standards.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor outlet cleanliness, ambience, and service quality.

Guest Service
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and implement corrective actions.




- Build relationships with VIP and repeat guests.

Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
- Monitor revenue, food cost, beverage cost, and labour cost.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Review daily sales reports and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and inventory control.

Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor F&B; team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Foster teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
