We're looking for a
Senior Product Designer
who thinks
UX before UI
—someone who understands customer behavior, identifies pain points, and designs seamless experiences before creating beautiful interfaces.
This role owns the complete product design lifecycle across customer-facing applications, merchant dashboards, warehouse operations, logistics workflows, and internal admin platforms.
We're not looking for someone who simply makes screens look positive—we're looking for someone who solves business problems through exceptional product design.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to production.
- Conduct user research with merchants, shoppers, customer support teams, warehouse staff, and logistics partners.
- Translate business requirements and customer insights into intuitive user journeys and product experiences.
- Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows before visual design.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma.
- Build and maintain Yamm's Design System to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to balance usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Ensure accessibility, responsive layouts, and excellent user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
- Design micro-interactions, animations, and motion that improve usability without adding unnecessary complexity.
- Participate in product strategy discussions and influence roadmap decisions through design thinking.
