Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Compliance Manager to independently manage all labour law, statutory, factory, contractor, and employee-related compliances for our manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh.

The candidate should ensure that all mandatory registrations, licences, records, returns, inspections, payments, and documentation are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
*Statutory Compliance*
- * Manage complete compliance related to **EPF, ESI, labour welfare, professional tax, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, maternity benefits, and other applicable labour laws**.
- * Ensure timely deposit of PF, ESI, labour welfare fund, and other statutory dues.
- * File monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory returns.
- * Maintain employee registration, nomination, KYC, UAN, ESIC, contribution, and benefit records.




- * Resolve employee issues related to PF transfer, withdrawal, pension, ESI cards, claims, and statutory perks.
- * Track changes in applicable labour laws and implement required updates.

*Factory Compliance*
- * Ensure compliance with all applicable factory-related licences, permissions, registrations, and renewals.
- * Maintain statutory registers, notices, attendance records, wage records, overtime records, leave records, and employment documentation.
- * Ensure compliance regarding working hours, weekly offs, overtime, holidays, wages, safety, welfare facilities, and employee working conditions.
- * Coordinate with the Factory Manager, Production, Quality, Safety, and Administration teams to ensure all factory mandates are followed.
- * Prepare documentation for factory, labour, ESI, PF, pollution, fire, and other government inspections.
- * Track expiry and renewal dates of licences, certificates, registrations, and approvals.
