- Provide end-user support for laptops (hardware & software issues)
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment:
- User creation & license assignment
- Access management (permissions, groups, policies)
- Handle basic networking issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN troubleshooting)
- Configure and support tools like:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Perform system setup, installation, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Hands-on experience with laptop/Desktop support
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Good communication & user-handling skills
