Role Description
The Project Coordinator Civil is a full time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves coordinating day-to-day civil construction activities, including planning tasks, tracking progress, and supporting site teams to ensure work is executed as per design, safety standards,



and schedules. The Project Coordinator Civil will assist in preparing and updating project documentation, drawings, reports, and timelines, and will help manage communication between engineering, procurement, contractors, and clients. This position will support monitoring material delivery, resource allocation, and quality checks, while escalating issues to project managers and suggesting practical solutions. The role also includes maintaining records, supporting compliance with regulatory and company standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in project execution.
