Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior 3D Environment Artist with 6-10 years of qualified experience to create high-quality, visually compelling environments for real-time and cinematic projects. The ideal candidate has strong Unreal Engine expertise, a deep understanding of environment composition and storytelling, and experience working within production pipelines. Experience in lighting and prior exposure to the VFX or film industry is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D environments including landscapes, architecture, props, and set dressing that meet artistic and technical standards.
- Assemble, optimize,



and finalize environments in Unreal Engine for real-time or cinematic use.
- Collaborate with art directors, lighting artists, VFX artists, and technical teams to maintain visual consistency.
- Support gameplay, narrative, and cinematic requirements through environment art.
- Contribute to lighting setups to enhance mood and realism.
- Optimize assets while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Maintain clean, organized workflows.
- Basic understanding of level design principles, gameplay mechanics, and collision creation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 610 years of professional experience as a 3D Environment Artist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related art field.
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine (mandatory).
- Expertise in environment creation and modular workflows.
- Experience creating assets in multiple art styles, including realistic, stylized, and semi-realistic.
- Proficiency with Maya/3ds Max/Blender, ZBrush
