Role Summary

We're looking for a
Product Head – Mobile Games
to lead the product strategy for our gaming portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the complete product lifecycle—from concept to LiveOps—while driving player engagement, retention, and monetisation at scale.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more mobile game titles.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Drive product growth by analysing player behaviour and optimising key metrics such as retention, engagement, conversion, and monetisation.
- Design and continuously refine in-game economies, reward systems, pricing strategies, and progression mechanics.
- Plan, execute,



and analyse A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and improve player experience.
- Partner closely with Game Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, UA, Monetisation, and Publishing teams to deliver high-quality features and updates.
- Lead LiveOps planning, seasonal events, content releases, and post-launch optimisation initiatives.
- Monitor business and product KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Build product specifications, prioritise feature backlogs, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and emerging opportunities in the mobile gaming ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful mobile games.
- Robust analytical mindset with excellent SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
