Role Overview

We are seeking a Technology Transformation Lead, India – Global Technology to bring operational discipline, enterprise Agile maturity, global program management, technology-finance alignment, and transformation execution to a fast-growing India technology organization. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates with significant influence across a complex global matrix, partnering closely with the Head of India Technology and the Global Head of Technology Transformation. It carries a clear build vs. run mandate — sustaining stable, well-controlled operations while helping scale India from a delivery centre into a strategic global technology capability hub.

Key Responsibilities





• Own global program management for India-linked transformation initiatives — scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, financials, RAID logs, executive reporting, and perks realization.

• Drive adoption and maturity of Enterprise Agile (release/PI-style planning, backlog governance, value-stream alignment) and delivery health metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and release predictability.

• Align technology execution with portfolio priorities and technology financial management — budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, chargeback/allocation models, and value realization.

• Support scalable India operating models (product-aligned squads, PODs, platform teams) with demand intake, capacity, and workforce planning.

• Operate as a senior IC integrator across India and global technology, finance, delivery, and governance forums — influencing without direct authority.
