Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Execute end-to-end brand collaborations, from pitching to campaign completion.
- Coordinate with brands, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.
- Track campaign performance, deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Identify and onboard recent creators aligned with the company's talent portfolio.
- Maintain campaign records, contracts, and creator databases.
- Stay updated with social media trends and the creator ecosystem.

Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience in managing PR activities for creators (media coverage, interviews, podcasts, etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
