Viewings.co.nz
, a property technology platform for the New Zealand market.

We are looking for a practical and highly organised
Talent Sourcer / Recruiter based in India
who has experience finding and screening candidates for roles involving:
- AI and automation
- Digital and B2B marketing
- SEO, AEO and GEO
- Content and growth marketing
- Software development
- CRM and business-process automation
- Remote startup and technology teams

This role will initially be part-time or freelance, with the potential to grow based on results.

This Is Not a CV-Forwarding Role

We do not need someone who simply downloads CVs and sends them to us.

You will be expected to:
- Speak directly with candidates
- Assess their communication and attitude




- Understand their actual capabilities
- Review relevant work samples and profiles
- Ask practical role-specific questions
- Identify weaknesses, concerns and inconsistencies
- Recommend only candidates who are genuinely worth interviewing

We care about
quality, judgement and proper screening
, not the number of CVs submitted.

Essential Experience

You must have previous recruitment or talent-sourcing experience involving
AI, marketing or technology roles
.

You do not need to be an AI engineer, senior marketer or developer. However, you must understand these fields well enough to:
- Ask intelligent screening questions
- Distinguish practical experience from buzzwords
- Review portfolios, campaigns, LinkedIn profiles, GitHub accounts or case studies
- Identify candidates who communicate well but cannot actually deliver
- Assess whether someone can work effectively in a rapid-moving startup
