Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities across Lucknow by engaging architects, consultants, developers, corporates and sign makers. The role focuses on specification selling, project tracking and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new project opportunities in Lucknow.

Build relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, developers and corporate clients.

Generate enquiries through consultant visits and project tracking.





Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.

Follow projects from design stage through execution.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams.

Maintain CRM and weekly sales reports.

Represent Cosign at exhibitions, seminars and networking events.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or project sales.

Experience in building materials, architectural products, lighting, interiors, façade systems, hardware or related industries preferred.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.
