Assistant Sales Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage day-to-day sales operations, coach sales representatives, and build strong customer relationships.

You will play a vital role in executing sales strategies and ensuring target achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:

Assist in setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the team.

Monitor individual and team sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential client segments.

Team Leadership & Support:

Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations of the sales department.

Mentor, train, and onboard new sales team members.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with sales representatives.

Client & Account Management:

Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with key clients.





Handle complex customer queries, negotiations, or escalated issues.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key prospects.

Operations & Reporting:

Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting using CRM tools.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Gather customer feedback to help refine product offerings or sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or senior sales role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills:

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS
