Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks (or CGPA 6.0 and above) in 10th, 12th, and Degree.
Relevant Experience
Must:
Diploma in Paint Technology / Mechanical Engineering.
510 years of experience in Paint Preparation, Final Paint Application, Assembly Operations, and Paint Shop activities in a manufacturing setting.
Preferred:
Experience in Defense, Aerospace, Ammunition, Automotive, or Heavy Engineering industries.
Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane (PU), military-grade coatings, and industrial finishing systems.
