Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of testers to deliver high-quality software products on time, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, including manual testing, automation testing, and performance testing to identify defects and improve product quality.
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, setting milestones, prioritizing tasks, and tracking progress against deadlines.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., customer feedback) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

8+ years in testing, with at least 3 years in test automation and project management.



Positive to have experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based),FlaUI/WinAppDriver/ TestComplete/WhiteFramework. Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation. Hands on experience in Test design and optimization Hands on experience into UiPath. Experience on Non functional Testing Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
