- You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Lead the selection and implementation of modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Establish reusable components,



design systems, and coding standards for consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of applications.
- Mentor and guide UI developers, conduct code reviews, and manage large teams or UI departments effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling large UI teams, including resource planning, hiring, and performance management.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends and recommend innovations to improve product quality.
- Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, MySQL, and RESTful APIs, along with experience in cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud.
