Job Title: Finance Control Manager Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Governance
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls across manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct periodic financial reviews and risk assessments.
- Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze manufacturing performance and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor financial KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis.

Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance
- Manage product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation and inventory controls.
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Drive initiatives to improve manufacturing profitability and operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.




- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Present financial performance reports to senior management.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain SOX/internal control documentation where applicable.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Business Partnering
- Collaborate with Plant Managers, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
- Support investment appraisals and capital expenditure projects.
- Provide financial guidance for process improvements and cost optimization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 10-15 years of finance experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing finance.
