About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Logistics Analyst
to support our logistics and supply chain operations through data-driven analysis and reporting. In this role, you will transform logistics data into actionable insights by managing dashboards, analyzing freight spend, monitoring carrier performance, and supporting operational improvements.

You will work closely with the Director of Logistics, Finance, Procurement, Project Management,



and Logistics Coordinators to improve transportation efficiency, cost visibility, and vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain logistics dashboards using
Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel
.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and project-level logistics performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy across shipment records, freight costs, delivery schedules, and carrier performance.
- Maintain centralized freight spend and cost tracking databases.

Freight Spend & Cost Analysis
- Analyze freight invoices and validate carrier billing against negotiated rates.
- Track logistics costs, shipment trends, and project budgets.
- Build freight forecasting models and support transportation planning.
- Compare carrier quotations and assist in sourcing decisio
