Purpose of Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Angular front-end development to guide a high-performing squad in delivering robust, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces. The Senior Software Engineer will ensure engineering excellence, drive productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical leadership and guidance throughout the front-end development lifecycle.
- Exhibit deep expertise in Angular, serving as the technical authority for UI/UX design and maintenance.
- Design and implement complex, responsive user interfaces using modern Angular features and best practices.
- Architect scalable front-end solutions, establish coding standards, and implement design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews, utilize code scanners, and coach team members to uphold engineering standards.
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting growth and development in Angular and up-to-date front-end technologies.
- Optimize application performance,



ensure cross-browser compatibility, and implement accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and NestJS.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end frameworks.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer in Angular front-end development (Angular 12+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx or state management libraries, and Angular Material.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with back-end services.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress) and writing unit/integration tests.
