MRH Studio is a branding, packaging, and digital marketing agency serving clients across India and Australia. We handle everything from brand identity and packaging design to social media management, website development, paid advertising, and content production. We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact between our creative/execution teams and our clients — ensuring every project runs smoothly, expectations are managed, and relationships grow stronger over time.

Role Overview

As Client Relationship Manager, you'll own the client experience end-to-end — from onboarding new clients to managing ongoing accounts, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to deepen the partnership. You'll work closely with our design, social media, and video teams to translate client needs into explicit briefs, and translate our team's work back into client-friendly updates. Given our international client base, comfort with async, timezone-spanning communication (especially with Australian clients) is essential.

Key Responsibilities




- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building long-term trust and satisfaction
- Onboard new clients — understand their brand, goals, and expectations, and translate these into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables between clients and internal teams (design, social, video, web)
- Proactively communicate project status, flag risks early, and manage expectations before issues escalate
- Handle client concerns or escalations with professionalism and find solutions, not just apologies
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., a branding client who could benefit from social media management)
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, deliverables, and account history
- Collect and relay client feedback to improve internal processes and creative output
- Support contract renewals and pricing
