Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP BRIM implementations with primary focus on
FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)
and
Convergent Invoicing (CI)
.
- Participate in end-to-end
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support.
- Configure and optimize FICA business processes including:
- Business Partner and Contract Account Management
- Payments, Collections, Dunning
- Returns Processing
- Security Deposits
- Write-offs and Refunds
- Dispute and Credit Management
- Configure and support
Convergent Invoicing
processes, including bill aggregation, invoice creation, invoicing scenarios, and integration with upstream billing systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Public Cloud solutions.
- Design and document functional specifications,



business process flows, configuration documents, and testing artifacts.
- Support integration between BRIM components and SAP modules such as FI, SD, SOM, CC, CI, and external systems.
- Execute and support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
- Provide guidance on SAP best practices and cloud-standard processes while minimizing custom developments.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and reporting requirements.

Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years
of SAP BRIM experience with solid expertise in
FICA and Convergent Invoicing (CI)
.
- Proven experience in at least
one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
.
- Hands-on configuration experience in FICA processes and CI invoice management.
- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and integration touchpoints.
