Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven
Senior Software Licensing Specialist
to support our software licensing and renewals business. This role will partner closely with Sales, Consulting Delivery, and Software Implementation teams to manage software licensing quotes, maintenance renewals, and customer communications throughout the sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting SaaS/software licensing renewals, preparing software quotes, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This individual will be the primary point of contact for software licensing renewals, ensuring timely execution, accurate quoting, and proactive communication with clients while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused execution
- Prepare, review, and maintain software licensing quotes for recent licenses, maintenance renewals, upgrades, and cross-grades using Salesforce, Jira Service Management, Atlassian Partner Portal, Excel, and vendor pricing
