Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Event Planner to manage and execute celebrations ranging from birthdays and baby showers to corporate events and festive occasions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating event concepts, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable themes, decor concepts, and event solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, budgets, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Event Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee event setups from start to finish.
- Ensure timely execution of décor installations, balloon arrangements, and themed event setups.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal teams for smooth event delivery.
- Handle in office event management and troubleshoot operational challenges.





Sales & Business Development
- Convert event inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell décor packages, balloon arrangements, activities, return gifts, and customized products.
- Achieve monthly sales and event booking targets.

Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for event materials and services.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of event-related inventory.
- Monitor event budgets and maintain cost efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, bookings, and event execution reports.
- Share regular updates on event pipelines, customer feedback, and business opportunities.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
