Role of a Team Leader

As a Team Leader within the Global IT Hub in Pune, India, you will spearhead our product teams to deliver creative, high-impact software projects that drive the organization's digital transformation initiatives. Your leadership will be essential to nurtur e a culture of excellence, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a relentless focus on quality.

Your mission is to champion the adoption of modern application technologies and Agile methodologies,



guiding your team through the complete software development lifecycle—from conceptual design to deployment and ongoing support.
