We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns who are eager to learn sales, client acquisition, and business development in a professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and online research.
- Connect with HR professionals and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Follow up with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update daily activity reports and maintain records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Final-Year Student.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Passion for sales, business development, and client interaction.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements
- Own Laptop/Desktop.
- Secure Internet Connection.
- Quiet workspace for client calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
