Select Source International seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our Domestic IT Staffing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations, leading a team of recruiters, developing hiring strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates across various IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Domestic IT Recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle hiring for various IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, AI/ML, Networking, ERP, etc.
- Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously while ensuring quality and turnaround time.
- Build and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media,



and internal databases.
- Monitor recruiter productivity, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Develop recruitment plans and workforce strategies based on client demand. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
