Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimates for electrical projects
- Handle client billing, RA bills, and final billing as per contract terms
- Coordinate with site team for measurement sheets, work done statements, and quantity take-off
- Verify vendor invoices, sub-contractor bills, and ensure proper documentation
- Liaise with clients/consultants for bill submissions, approvals, and queries
- Maintain project cost records and support management in budgeting & forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company processes and EA grade documentation standards
