- Lead collections across portfolio buckets: initial (0-90 DPD) via field visits and deep buckets (90+ DPD) through intensified recovery tactics, targeting roll-rate reduction and NPA minimization.
- Manage multiple agencies and Feet on Street, including vendor selection, performance SLAs, billing audits, and daily/weekly visit plan strategies.
- Coordinate legal recoveries: Sec-138/Civil suit/DRT etc, proceedings for chronic defaulters; liaise with legal teams, enforcement agencies, and handle escalations.
- Monitor KPIs (collection efficiency, PAR, recovery rates), generate MIS reports, and ensure RBI compliance in all operations.
