Role Purpose

The Head of Finance will lead the complete finance and accounts function

partner to the leadership team. The role will be accountable for financial governance, accounting accuracy, statutory

compliance, business planning, cash-flow discipline, management reporting, internal controls and decision support. The

incumbent must combine strong technical depth with commercial judgment, meticulous execution, high ownership and the

ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership & Business Partnership
- Act as the finance leader and trusted advisor to the Managing Director / CEO and senior management on business

performance, investments, profitability, risk and growth decisions.
- Build a robust finance organisation with clear roles, review mechanisms, accountability and succession planning.
- Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR and Legal to strengthen

financial discipline and business outcomes.
- Accounting, Bookkeeping & Financial Closure
- Own end-to-end accounting,



bookkeeping, general ledger governance and the integrity of all financial records across

entities and business channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual closure of books, including provisions, accruals,

reconciliations, inventory accounting, inter-company entries and fixed assets.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS and company

policies.
- Maintain robust maker-checker controls and ensure that all ledgers, schedules and supporting documents are complete,

accurate and audit-ready.
- Financial Planning, Budgeting & MIS
- Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range financial plans and scenario analysis.
- Develop sharp management dashboards and MIS covering revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, channel profitability,

working capital, inventory, receivables, payables, cash flow and key variances.
