Job Description -
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process.
 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
 Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

Required Skills
 Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
 Experience working on permanent hiring/contract staffing.
 Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
