Position description:

This role will be handling the technical training, demos, workshops and seminars for salons, external clients and sales employees.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Training demonstration of all Raaga Professional Products for in salon use
- Education of Owners at Key Salon Accounts and presentation of Raaga professional concepts and products
- Conducting technical in salon demonstrations
- Technical After sales problem resolution
- Managing building professional relationship with the salon and key accounts
- Providing training in Selling Professional Products supporting sale focusing on the development of salon business in designated area. This includes growth and development of new salon accounts
- Participate in relevant Marketing and Sales meetings to develop awareness of product and program launches, line extensions, product positioning updates, etc
- Participate in educational events activities that encompass theory, practical experience,



product knowledge techniques for all Raaga Professional Products.
- Support education related activities for salons and distributors
- Participates in evaluation of Current Product Development according to the market need company objectives
- Conducting Beauty Seminars and workshops to educate and generate business
