Job Summary

Core Ocean Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Tender Executive to manage complete tendering activities for Government, PSU, Municipal Corporation, and E-Governance projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders while ensuring full compliance with tender requirements. The role also involves preparing commercial quotations, coordinating invoicing activities, and handling documentation related to government projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders related to E-Governance, IT solutions, software development, manpower supply, scanning & digitization, consultancy services, and other government projects from Maha Tender, GeM, CPPP, Maharashtra State eProcurement portals, Municipal Corporations, PSUs, and Government department websites.
- Review and analyse tender documents to understand the scope of work,



eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare and compile complete technical and commercial bid documents, including compliance statements, declarations, annexures, EMD, supporting documents, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Technical, Operations, HR, and Management teams for pricing, project costing, manpower details, certifications, work experience, and supporting documents.
- Handle end-to-end online tender submissions through GeM, Maha Tender, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals, including DSC management and portal registrations/renewals.
- Prepare and submit commercial quotations, cost estimates, and price proposals as per client requirements and company standards.
