Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
