Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice (blended) support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to international clients.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Meet productivity and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/MCA Freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates pursuing regular college must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Applicants should not have any examinations scheduled in the next 4–6 months.
