Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth through distribution channels.
- Build solid relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers to drive business expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in retail sales or distribution channel sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams.
- Strong understanding of the textile & apparel industry, including current trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
