- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Mechatronics·
- Should have operating knowledge of solidworks & AutoCAD·
- Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures design.·
- Excellent knowledge & experience in design and constructing of automation machines·
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills

Job Description:
- Preparing concept design of Mig/Spot welding fixtures and gauges·
- Preparing concept design of Special purpose machines required for welding, pressing application & other applications·
- Knowledge of making Mig & spot welding process study, Cycle Time & Tact time calculations·
- Selection of Bought parts & Engineering calculations·
- Preparing layout of concept in CAD (2D&3D)·
- Knowledge of gearbox selection, force calculations, Pneumatic & Hydraulic cylinders with all accessories,




- Knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulic circuit drawing making·
- Preparation of Bills of material, detail drawing for Assembly & DAP presentations·
- Communication with customer for DAP meeting, Status reviews etc.·
- Supporting Assembly, inspection & proving teams as required by doing necessary changes in design or explaining·
- Interact with controls department for electrical logic & function·
- Should be familiar with manufacturing process including machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding fabrication,

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
