Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–15 years of post-qualification experience in the IT/ITES industry. The candidate must possess robust expertise in Financial Accounting, Finalization of Accounts, Treasury Management, Statutory Compliance, Taxation, Audit Management, and Financial Reporting.

The successful candidate should have experience working with an IPO-listed company or have actively participated in the IPO process, along with exposure to audits conducted by Big 4 firms. This leadership role requires excellent communication skills, proven team management experience,



and the ability to drive finance transformation by adopting AI-enabled tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
- Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function.
- Oversee financial accounting, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Prepare, review, and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with statutory and accounting standards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning.

Audit & Compliance
- Manage Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Secretarial Audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, including Big 4 audit firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Standards
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS/I
