About the Role

EnSmart Global Education is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Hyderabad and work with US based higher education client. This is a unique opportunity to build a next-generation Enrollment Intelligence function that will directly influence institutional enrollment strategy through predictive analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will work closely with organizational leadership to develop predictive models, including behavioral scoring, and analytical solutions that improve recruitment outcomes, optimize enrollment strategies, and provide actionable insights throughout the student lifecycle.

This is not a traditional reporting or dashboard development role. The position is focused on advanced analytics, forecasting, optimization, and predictive modeling.

Key Responsibilities





· Apply predictive modeling and behavioral analytics to understand student engagement, enrollment likelihood, and conversion patterns.

· Develop enrollment forecasting models and scenario planning tools.

· Build student propensity-to-enroll models to improve recruitment effectiveness.

· Identify melt risks and develop predictive intervention models.

· Develop predictive models for orientation registration and attendance.

· Optimize recruitment travel, territory planning, and resource allocation.

· Analyze recruitment event effectiveness and measure return on investment.

· Apply behavioral analytics to understand student engagement and conversion patterns.

· Design and deploy machine learning models that support strategic enrollment decision-making.

· Collaborate with organizational leadership to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
