Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI requirements.
- Conduct daily hygiene and GMP inspections.
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product quality checks.
- Maintain quality records, checklists, and documentation.
- Develop, review, implement, and maintain SOPs
- Monitor CCPs, process controls, traceability, and production records
- Verify cleaning and sanitation effectiveness through inspections and testing.
- Perform RCA,and Implement corrective and Preventive action ( CAPA)
- Conduct employee training on GMP, hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance food safety, product quality, and operational efficiency
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or Microbiology,
- 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety systems.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
