As a Network Engineer in DHL India Telecom Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and performance of DHL’s network infrastructure spread across multiple business units in India.
Your primary responsibility is to monitor, identify, and escalate issues affecting business-critical services across technologies such as LAN, WAN & Wireless LAN.
In addition to operational duties, you will contribute to service improvement by analyzing recurring issues and providing feedback and recommendations to help optimize network performance, reduce operational risk, and enhance overall service delivery. This includes identifying patterns, proposing configuration improvements, and collaborating with engineering and architecture teams. You will also mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
This position requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with global teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that DHL’s network infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
