We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Sparkle Child Therapy Center. The role involves working with children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and physical disabilities to improve their motor skills, strength, coordination, and overall functional independence. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate the physical needs and motor abilities of children. Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans in collaboration with other therapists (Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Therapists, etc.). Provide therapy using evidence-based practices to enhance gross motor skills, balance, coordination, posture, and physical endurance. Use a variety of equipment, play-based techniques, and movement activities tailored for pediatric needs. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and parent communications. Guide and educate parents and caregivers about home-based exercises and strategies. Participate in team meetings, case discussions,



and IEP (Individualized Education Program) planning. Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes and make necessary modifications. Ensure the safety, comfort, and engagement of each child during therapy sessions. Requirements: Diploma & Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (DPT/BPT/MPT). Valid registration with a recognized physiotherapy council. *FRESHER CAN ALSO APPLY* Good understanding of child development and pediatric conditions such as CP, autism, ADHD, muscular dystrophy, etc. Excellent communication skills and a patient, child-friendly approach.
