Job Description:
- Branch Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain of Laptops / desktops and network devices ( switches, firewalls)
- Application & System Support :Provide L1/L2 support for core business applications.
- Coordinate with the central application team
- Ensure timely deployment of updates, patches, releases, and version upgrades
- Act as the primary IT contact for all branches
- Connectivity Support to branches
- Coordination with Providers for any connectivity issues.
- IT asset management
- Assisting branches for UPS related issues
- CCTV support

Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration

Additional information
:
- Travel to branches/sites as required.
- On‑call availability for critical issues.
- Coordination with central IT and external vendors.
- Shifts are not applicable.
- Location: R9-RO - TRICHUR
- Immediate joiners preferred
