About the Role

An innovative AI engineering company is seeking a Test Materialization & Execution Engineer to build systems that verify AI-generated software changes through automated test generation and secure execution across multiple language ecosystems.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy designing testing infrastructure, building execution platforms, and ensuring software changes perform exactly as intended.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent test-generation systems using native testing frameworks.

• Build containerized, hermetic execution environments for secure and reproducible test execution.

• Create systems that validate whether generated code changes achieve their intended behavior.

• Develop scalable solutions that execute tests safely across multiple language ecosystems.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automated software verification and quality.

Required Qualifications





• Hands-on experience with test frameworks and runners in at least one major language ecosystem (Java or .NET).

• Strong understanding of build systems and containerized or sandboxed execution.

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering workplace.

• Experience working with complex software systems and codebases.

Preferred Qualifications

•
5–10 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation.

• Knowledge of code coverage tools, test impact analysis, or flaky test mitigation.

• Experience executing generated or untrusted code securely at scale.

• Familiarity with modern software engineering best practices.
