Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Controller role located in Tiruppur. The Quality Controller will inspect garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet defined quality standards and customer specifications. Daily responsibilities include checking measurements, stitching, fabric quality, trims, and finishing, identifying defects, and working with production teams to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining documentation of inspection results,



supporting corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes. The Quality Controller will collaborate closely with supervisors, line staff, and management to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience in garment inspection and standards compliance.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Management, including monitoring processes, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and Auditing, with the ability to guide production teams on quality practices and conduct internal quality audits.
- Prior experience in apparel or textile manufacturing, especially in Tiruppur or similar hubs, is highly beneficial.
