Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant
with 10+ years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience and strong expertise in
Greenfield S/4HANA implementations
. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered end-to-end implementation projects, worked closely with business stakeholders, and provided SAP Finance solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects using SAP Activate methodology.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including:
- General Ledger (FI-GL)
- Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
- Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
- Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- Bank Accounting




- Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
- Internal Orders (CO-IO)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Product Costing (CO-PC)
- Configure Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Parallel Ledgers, Document Splitting, and New Asset Accounting.
- Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PS, SuccessFactors, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Analyze and resolve production support issues.
- Conduct user training and prepare project documentation.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Minimum
2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation
projects.
