Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Process Manager with hands-on exposure to 3PL

transportation operations. The role is responsible for studying existing processes across

multi-client logistics operations, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing standardized,

scalable, and cost-effective processes while ensuring adherence to SLAs and customer

requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing 3PL transportation processes across multiple

clients
- Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, and service risks impacting SLAs
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, turnaround

time, and cost control
- Standardize workflows while allowing flexibility for client-specific requirements
- Develop, update, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, IT, and commercial teams
- Support implementation and optimization of WMS / TMS / ERP systems
- Track and analyse operational KPIs (OTIF, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost per





order, etc.)
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a 3PL workplace
- Strong understanding of contract logistics operations
- Hands-on knowledge of warehouse processes (inbound, storage, picking, packing,

dispatch)
- Good understanding of transportation management (planning, execution, carrier

coordination)
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and process optimization
- Familiarity with WMS / TMS platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement tools
- Experience managing multi-client or multi-site operations
- Working knowledge of cost modelling and productivit
